What is this? A mini-documentary on @RobertFKennedyJr and his 2024 Presidential Campaign. Why did I make this? After following RFK Jr. intensely, since finding out about him at the beginning of 2024, I was compelled to making a fast paced, under 30min introduction to who Bobby Kennedy really is. Out of any public figure and celebrity I’ve ever followed in my life, RFK Jr. has taken my number 1 spot for favorite role models in the world. If you find these statements triggering, I challenge you to at least watch this supercut documentary yourself and form your own opinion. I find that those who have poor opinions of him, are relying on secondary sources (articles, news headlines, experts opinions) instead of primary sources (the actual person). We all learned in high school that to form a well-informed opinion, you must look into both secondary and primary sources. I think people sometimes forget that news anchors are capable of lying about opposing politicians, especially if their candidate is running against them. Therefore it is important to not just take an “expert” opinion as truth, until you’ve heard from the person themselves. Does he have a chance to win? It’s going to sound crazy, but he does. This is the first time in history that there are more Americans who declare themselves independent (51%), versus democrat (23%) and republican (25%). In the latest polls, Bobby leads the independent vote with up to 74%. And latest polls indicate that most people would vote for a 3rd party candidate if they knew they could win. A unique part of our voting laws, is that if RFK Jr can win more than 34% of the vote and the other two get less than 33%, then it becomes a unique tie breaker situation where the electoral college goes away, and each state gets 1 vote each. Which means everyone is going to have to choose a compromise candidate, and with the states almost being evenly split, we can fairly assume that democrat states will never vote for Trump, and republican states will never vote for Kamala…Enter, RFK Jr. But I live in California, so isn’t that a wasted vote? Great news! If you live in a state that is “guaranteed” democratic blue or republican red, then this is actually the perfect time to vote for the change you wish to see, to add to the bar graph of a 3rd party candidate for next election cycle. If Kamala is already going to win CA, then voting for Trump will obviously do nothing, but voting for RFK Jr. will show that you really do want a new system with 3 viable parties. Your vote is not wasted, if you vote for what you want. If you want more pasture raised eggs at the store, you have to actually buy them (aka vote with your dollar) to show the market that there is a demand for them. We cannot expect things to change, if we keep voting the same. A wasted vote to me, is to vote for either candidate of this failed 2 party system, where both sides have some good ideas, and some bad ideas, leaving no place for a sensible, reasonable person to agree with ideas on both sides. RFK Jr. is surprisingly the first candidate I’ve ever seen who almost pulls equally from both sides by embodying the best values of either side. How can I casually find out more? I’d highly recommend the Howie Mandel interview if you’re a Democrat, and the Joe Rogan Podcast if you’re a Republican. The media ia saturated with news about the dems, (Tweedle and Tweedle Dum), & the word largely on RFK, Jr. was just the usual chatter but I heard one of the more prominante alternative programs that,"RFK could turn THIS around IF he'd only get back into the race." & how we needed him to present some critical issues from an alternate perspective.  All I'd known was he was running independent followed by all the negative feed back that goes along with it.  (Almost as if things were being orchestrated in such a way to KEEP news on this independent campaign under wraps (it's been done before)  BUT I decided things aren't always the way they appear to be & was surprised & PLEASED at what I discovered.  This "Engine that could"  appears to be causing everyone to redefine their terms & the polls appear to indicate as much, if not more, chance of success at winning this election &, if he survives, finish what his two uncles set out to do before their untimely demise.  On a wing & a prayer, I know RFK Jr IS capable of resurrecting our Constitutional REPUBLIC (we are NOT a democracy).  (How many people realize that?)  All our prayers go with RFK, Jr.
