Big business and big government in alliance with big money are not exempt from corruption, and you should not cave into the corrupt interests of St. Luke’s Hospital and their weaponized law firm. Ammon did nothing wrong in protesting the horrific practice of taking a baby from loving and competent parents. He protested peacefully and he exercised his constitutional right to criticize, call out, protest, denigrate and demonize the executives, management and all those guilty of this baby’s abduction.

The persecution and harassment of Ammon Bundy and his family by you and your deputies are wrong, immoral and illegal for the following reasons:

Your first allegiance is to your oath to protect the citizens of Gem county according to your oath of office as set forth in Idaho Statutes Title 59-401 : "I do solemnly swear (or affirm, as the case may be) that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Idaho, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of (insert office) according to the best of my ability."
The US Constitution and the Idaho Constitution both protect free speech and peaceful assembly to express grievances to government actors and more specifically in Idaho: SECTION 9. FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Every person may freely speak, write and publish on all subjects, being responsible for the abuse of that liberty. SECTION 10. RIGHT OF ASSEMBLY. The people shall have the right to assemble in a peaceable manner, to consult for their common good; to instruct their representatives, and to petition the legislature for the redress of grievances.
Your duty is to protect Ammon Bundy and his family from encroachments, abridgements, infringements and any other form of restriction as it relates to any of the enumerated rights under those constitutions.
Many Sheriffs across the country, as elected officials for their counties, have refused to enforce unconstitutional laws and actions against their citizens, most notably anti-second amendments laws. However, the first amendment and section 9 of the Idaho constitution come before the right to keep and bear arms. In effect, the right to free speech and assembly are equal to or greater than the right to keep and bear arms.
Ammon chose to live in Gem county and not Ada county with the reasonable expectation to be protected against the unconstitutional, liberal, leftist, WOKE agendas so prevalent in Ada county and other large urban areas across the country. The down to earth, traditional, conservative values of morality and decency of rural and agricultural citizens, are what and who you should be protecting. Ammon has probable cause to believe he cannot get a fair, unbiased, impartial trial by judges, prosecutors and jurors with their unconstitutional values and ideologies.

PLEASE PROTECT THE CITIZENS OF GEM COUNTY, SPECIFICALLY AMMON BUNDY, AGAINST UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND CORRUPT ACTIONS BY POWERFUL, BIG MONEY INTERESTS.

If so, then you need to tear down the Washington monument in Washington D.C., you need to dismantle, knock down, obliterate, cover up the history of this country in revolting against government corruption. BUT, the difference between Ammon and George Washington, is Ammon has not resorted to violence as shown in this video. That you would even compare ammon bundy to George Washington speaks volumes to you mental capacity. ammon bundy is not even comparable to Washington in the least. And all the stooges who follow him are being played and used as nothing more than a human shield for bundy. I don’t know wether to feel sorry for the lot of you, or to rejoice at your certain downfall. Every member of PRN will be on the hook for paying St. Luke’s the damages owed, and you should all be investigated under RICO as PRN, freedomman.org (freedomman press), and bundy are all a part of what I believe to be a criminal organization which advances itself by grift, intimidation, and lawlessness. It will be a great day when bundy et all are no longer a part of Idaho conversations. The violence, intimidation, and pathetic temper tantrums have got to come to an end! That would be a blessing if we are served to appear as defendants in the trial against Bundy and Rodriguez. We have asked to have standing as defendants and so far, the court is not recognizing that request although we have been named as defendants. Once we are able to make an appearance, we can begin our own process of discovery and flood St Lukes with interrogatories and other legal action against the plaintiffs and their legal firm.

I am a visitor to the Ammon Bundy home and I consider your frequent visits to him, terrorizing his family and little children, to be not only unwelcome, but highly unjustified and outrageous and your visits are a threat to me, my family and other visitors to the Bundy home.

You are an elected official and your first duty, morally and legally, is to your county residents, not to a corrupt judge or big money interests in Ada County.

Other elected sheriffs in other states have taken stands against morally bankrupt governors and legislators who impose unjust and unconstitutional laws on citizens of their counties. Your power as a locally elected official is a check and a balance against unjust actions taken by powerful institutions against local citizens.

In Illinois, for example, Sheriff Rob McMillen took a righteous stand against the unconstitutional and morally reprehensible actions of the governor by refusing to enforce a new law against the 2^nd amendment. Although, like George Washington, Ammon Bundy could be justified in taking violent measures against an out of control and corrupt government, he has not, as he prefers to appeal to the court of public opinion and find peaceful ways to resolve the attacks by government on decent, law abiding, patriotic members of society.

You’re right Bundy, you do need therapy, in gitmo! You claim you aren’t violent, yet taking over a bird sanctuary and issuing threats of violence is the very definition of violence!! Imagine if someone walked into Walmart and didn’t like their policy of checking your receipt at the door, by your logic it would be okay to brandish a weapon because you own the groceries you just paid for and Walmart has no right to search your belongings, so by your logic it would be totally peaceful to brandish a weapon to defend your rights. Truth is tho, that would be criminal intimidation just like the violent takeover of Maulher. You can put lipstick on a pig all day long but at the end of the day it’s still a pig. And you are still anti government and a violent stooge waiting for your next crusade
